Processing

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping is between 1 and 5 working days. Working days are Monday - Friday.

Free shipping for all UK orders

As I am also based in the UK, I am able to offer free shipping throughout the UK! ✨

Orders with free shipping will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class but feel free to upgrade to Tracked 48 for a small fee.

Estimated shipping times once an order has been processed and sent

United Kingdom: 1-2 working days

USA: 6-7 working days

Europe: 3-5 working days

Everywhere else: 6-7 working days

Please note that these are estimated times provided by Royal Mail and not myself! There may be delays for international orders due to processing at customs.

Customs and Import Taxes

Orders shipped to outside of the UK may be subject to customs and tax. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Germany - Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register)

On January 1, 2019, Germany’s Packaging Act (VerpackG) came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes the recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).

Jewellery Patisserie LTD is registered with LUCID, the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR).

Producers/distributors pay a license fee to the dual system for the collection, sorting and recycling of the packaging they introduced to the market. My Dual System partner is Activate by Reclay.
